Eagles’ Wings is prayerfully, and carefully, embarking on our annual Awake Jerusalem 2021 Tour and Event this fall, September 27 – October 8, and we are inviting you, our like-minded Israel lovers and pilgrims, to join us!

We remain hopeful that the Covid-19 pandemic travel restrictions will soon be lifted; however, we do understand the possible concerns of participants regarding travel. In light of this, if Awake Jerusalem is canceled due to travel restrictions (or anything beyond our control), we are offering a full refund of deposit and payments. If the trip takes place as planned and a participant chooses to cancel his or her own registration, they will be subject to the regular tour cancelation plan as laid out in the Terms and Conditions.

*Please note: Israel (along with other countries) may have some covid-related regulations in place, such as verification of vaccinations and/or negative test results that may be required upon entry. We are in touch with our contacts daily and staying informed as developments take place. We will keep you up to date on requirements as they are released.

PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT TOUR INFORMATION IN THIS SECTION

*Reservations can be made until June 30, 2021, or until the tour sells out, whichever is first. Reservations require a $500 deposit.

*Payment plan: $500 due with your reservation; $1,000 due on or before June 30, 2021; and balance of account due July 19, 2021. Those not paid in full by July 19 will be subject to penalties and/or full cancellation of the trip. Payments can be made by check or credit card (there is a 3.5% processing fee on all credit card transactions upon checkout).

*Package pricing is for double occupancy. A single room is an additional fee. If you are registering individually without a requested roommate or spouse, there is an additional single supplement room rate. If interested, we will make every effort to pair you with another tour guest of the same sex as registrations are taken, however, it is not guaranteed and you must be prepared to pay the single room supplement. You will be notified about the room situation as we pair final tour guests.

*Passport must be valid 6 months past the date of your return (expiration date should be after April 10, 2023).

*Tour Package Price does not include passports and passport processing fees; visas (not necessary for US passport holders);  vaccinations; most lunches; telephone charges; love offerings for ministries visited; room mini-bar usage; food/drink not included on group menus; travel insurance (highly recommended); medical coverage (check with your insurance carrier);  any baggage fees; airport transfers on non-tour package flights; any fees or fuel surcharges imposed by the airlines after the date you register for the tour; and any and all other items not mentioned specifically.
