Registration is credit card only.

Traveling with family? Fill out your own details first all the way through the form, then you will be asked to complete the form again for additional family members. You will be able to submit one payment for all registrations.

AIR/LAND PACKAGE

INCLUDED: Roundtrip economy group seat on the below flight, airport transfers, deluxe hotel double occupancy accommodations, ground transportation, guide, sites, fees, tips,  breakfast and dinner daily, and all WOTW events.

NOT INCLUDED: Passports and passport processing fees; visas (not necessary for US passport holders);  vaccinations; most lunches; telephone charges; love offerings for ministries visited; room mini-bar usage; food/drink not included on group menus; travel/medical insurance (required); any baggage fees; airport transfers on non-tour package flights; any fees or fuel surcharges imposed by the airlines after the date you register for the tour; and any and all other items not mentioned specifically.

Accommodations are two people to a room.

Roommate? You may request to be paired with a roommate if you are not signing up with one. We will make every effort to pair you with a roommate of the same sex, but it is dependent on availability and cannot be guaranteed. In this event, you must be prepared to pay the single room fee.

Private Room? If you would like a single room there is an additional fee. Select Add On: Select Single Supplement.

Your passport MUST be valid at least 6 months after the date of your return.

NOTE: Considerable, vigorous (up to a few miles a day) walking is required for this tour. Please make note of special needs with your registration.

TRAVEL INSURANCE STATEMENT 

Israel requires proof of travel/medical insurance covering Covid-19. Travel insurance is widely available for purchase on the internet through various parties. I acknowledge that I have or will contact my medical insurance provider and know the coverage or lack of coverage offered by them for any tour incident that may occur while traveling internationally with Rock Church Israel Tour. I acknowledge that our tour group leadership and Eagles’ Wings Travel does not cover travel emergency expenses, including any and all medical intervention needed for my health and wellbeing and that I am solely responsible for my own health and wellbeing and for any and all expenses associated with medical emergencies, injuries, and all other travel emergencies. 

I have been advised that a Travel Protection Plan is available for me and acknowledge that Travel Insurance is required for this trip and can help to protect me and my trip investment against unexpected medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and more.
